First off, if you’re in the first trimester of your pregnancy then you might want to avoid hot tubs in general. If the hot water jets are on, then you’ll want to sit on the opposite side where the water is a tad bit cooler.
As soon as you start to feel too sweaty, you should immediately get out of the hot tub. Sit down to give yourself time to cool down.

If possible, keep your chest above the water. In fact, it’s best to just keep only the lower half of your body in the water.

If you stop sweating, or you feel nauseous or dizzy, then immediately get out of the water. Make sure to closely monitor your body until it goes back to normal

Don’t use your hot tub if you have a fever.
